Our Returns Policy - 2022/2021

Simply complete the slip that was included with your delivery and return your item back. You can contact us via email (service@tackshop4u.co.uk) phone (07753368139) Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) of further support. 

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, style or even item, just include that on your returns slip reverse side, or within you contacting message. 

All online returns must now include our order slip with order number stated (we include it when its sent to you).

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date. All items must include all tags and packaging when received. Unfortunately we do not cover any returning Post & Packaging costs. but we recommend you use a tracking service to ensure it returns safely to us. You can always return instore aswell for no charge. Once received we will check the items over and if satisfactory for resale we will provide a full refund for the item within 4 working days.

If after the 14 days / tags lost / no order slip included / product is damaged and cant be resold. We reserve the right to refuse any return. We may offer an exchange or credit voucher but will do this on an individual case basis.

If we receive an item with no information included or contact with us we will not be able to offer any refund/exchange. You must contact us prior or include your order slip.

We WILL NOT accept any returns for:

- rider safety items such as riding hats and body protectors. We recommend a safety fitting offered in store to be completed first.

- Any lotions/shampoos/creams/supplements/treats/sprays

 Shipping 2022

We can ship to virtually any address the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Faulty Items Policy 2022/ 2021

Any faulty items contact us prior to your return so we know we will be receiving the item back and problems/ faults with the item. You can do that through our contact form below, or using our contact information/social media channels. This also allows the option to communicate to us you would rather exchange for a different size/ full refund/ gift voucher.

You must have proof of purchase: ie Receipt or banks statement proof for us to be able assess the item.

Any faulty items will be assess individually instore.

At our discretion we offer a full refund, credit vouhcer, exchange or refusal. Some items may require to be sent back to the manufacturers in which case will discuss with you the next steps.

Some of our products include grantees you need to register after purchase so ensure you have completed registration. If unsure feel free to get in contact with us and we will do our best to advice and resolve.

We offer a full refunds for Products returned within 14 days with proof of purchase and all tags and original packaging included.

If after the 14 days period or lost packing or tags or proof of purchase, at our own discretion per each case we can refuse to offer any type of refund. however we may offer a exchange for credit voucher after an assessment on each individual case after the days period.

If ordered online we request you contact use before returning so we can have advanced warning and allow postal tracking if applicable. Any return costing fees endured will be at your own cost and Tackhsop4u will only refund the product after it arrives in store and is checked.
