Terms of Sale
Placing an order with us in our online store you are subject to accepting the following terms and conditions based on our availability, confirmation of price and products.
Any delivery times guarantees are subject to our delivery service which is Royal Mail.
Tackshop4u LTD has the right to refuse any orders made, acceptation of the order will be made through a confirmation email or a phone call from us to confirm your details. By placing an order with us your details provided are true and correct with you as the authorized credit, debit or pay-pal account user with sufficient funding available.
Our Contract
Upon placing an order with us and you accepting our term and Conditions you are confirming you are the account user, for your profile, payment method and confirmation of the address for delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call which will confirm our stock availability personal details conforming to all GD PR ruling.
Cancellation
Customers have to thew right to cancel any order under the contract regulations combined with our returns policy. We require the products in physical form back to the store address where each case will be assessed individually and assessment will be made inline with our returns policy. Any return costs are the customers responsibility.
Payment
If the purchase has been made with misplaced information or website error, we will contact you as soon as possible. If there has been non contact from Tackshop4u through a confirmation email the order may not of been confirmed and communication is needed by the consumer to check the order is confirmed through our store opening hours. if we suspect an error we will contact you through your account details provided. VAT is included in the applicable goods available. additional international shipping will be applied, and weight will be focused per each product.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are only valid for 12 months and must be used before the date shown on the voucher. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. We will dispatch the gift voucher post payment authorization. Please ensure all emails entered are correctly entered as we cannot accept responsibility for mis-written emails or amounts requested. Check your gift voucher has not entered into your spam folder. If you need a refund for a gift voucher, it will be returned to the original purchases of the gift voucher.
